The theories on the existence of extraterrestrials, or aliens, dates back thousands of years ago. And up to this day, there are still a lot of people who believes other forms of life exists outside our planet, outside our galaxy. But recently, the interest on alien lifeforms was revitalised by the discovery of a distant planet, which according to experts, has the possibility of supporting life because of its distance from its star, its color of blue and green suggesting it has water and vegetation, and its relative mass that can support an atmosphere much like earth's. There have been quite a lot of fuzz about aliens landing on earth, abducting humans to study. Heck, fiction films even popularized the belief that the government is hiding some sort of an underground research lab called Area 51 somewhere in the deserts of Nevada. On a personal note, I do believe that life exists somewhere in this vast universe. If we are going to use the principles of earth's existence because it has a sun that is not too far nor too near thus supporting life, a right atmosphere and water, then there is a huge probability that there are other earth-like planets in other galaxies discovered to have sun-like stars in them. Remember that our solar system is just a small part of the galaxy we are in, the Mily Way. And there many other solar systems out there. However, I don't think aliens have already landed in our planet. I just don't think that is possible. And even if we have proven that life do exists in other planet, humans just can't go there, at least in the next few centuries. These planets are millions of lightyears away. It's just too far. And we have yet to develop technologies that will improve logistics and traveling speed to cover that distance. You can talk about...
