The truth is that water’s great. But you can also get the same benefits with other healthy staples such as juice, tea, milk, fruits, and vegetables. All of these are enough to keep you hydrated. So instead of feeling uncomfortable by bloating your belly just to have eight glasses of water, opt for other foods that can hydrate you. Stress will turn your hair gray. You’ve already heard this a million times. And by worrying more and more about it, you’re becoming more stressed. The truth is: Too much stress does age us inside and out. It increases the number of free radicals that assault healthy cells, and boosts stress hormones in your body. But aside from that, no scientific evidence has proven that a bad day can turn your hair gray. Eggs are believed to increase your cholesterol. This was due to the health experts linking blood cholesterol with heart disease and eggs. In reality, studies and research have found that saturated and trans fats are the ones that increase heart disease risk, not dietary cholesterol.
