Having that deep, restorative slumber is the simplest way to feel younger because the only moment your body truly repairs itself is when you’re asleep. It also aids in giving you a more energetic body and brain. Make up for your sleep debt by sleeping early enough to achieve eight hours of deep sleep for six weeks straight. Just ignore the TV and leave the dishes in the sink. After that time which is the time it takes to create a long-lasting healthy sleep habit, you’ll feel the difference.
