Girls are brought up that being pretty is the easiest way to be accepted in the society. High school girls spend more time studying fashion magazines than reading their notes. Most of the girls do that because they wanted what those supe rmodels possess. Flawless skin, almond-shaped eyes, full, bouncy hair, pearly white teeth, firm tush and a tall thin body. However, girls should take note that those descriptions are not the guidelines in being beautiful. It is just how the culture perceives beauty. But wait ladies; take a look at the girls around you. Check out your co-chicks and friends. Do they look like a supermodel? No, right? This is because no perfect girl would exist! Remember that being pretty is one thing, but being beautiful is another. Ladies, you should strive for beauty. Why? Because that is true essence of a woman. To be beautiful inside, to do things with grace, to help people, to teach minds, touch hearts and transform lives. Take confidence with yourself. You are beautiful because God made you to be as such. You are born to be beautiful is God’s own definition of beauty, not the culture’s, nor Hollywood’s! If God were to jot down his requirements for a girl to be on his list of world’s top beautiful ladies, there would not be a single reference to looks. It is true. In God’s book, the Bible, physical appearance is not part of what makes a person beautiful. That is because in God’s eyes, all the things He made is in equal beauty. He is the one who designed and created each one of us. Just like the master sculptor who works with the clay until it looks exactly the way he wants it to look, so God has handcrafted each and every one of us. God’s designs are totally perfect. He doesn’t mess up. What He created is exactly what He intends to create. Sometimes, we are easily swayed to accept what we see around us as truth. The world’s beauty message is loud and clear. We see it and hear it everywhere we go. But we should believe God’s truth always wins out. Forget what you see with your eyes and hear with your ears. Instead, look into God’s word and listen with your heart to His teachings. There you will discover real truth. There you will find the key to true beauty. You can talk about...
